Through strategic partnerships, these integrated teams enhance program scalability allowing us to get closer to our customer.

Representing nearly 30 percent of NDC's total sale, our National Accounts team collaborate with state and suppliers teams with a customer and/or category-centric, joint business plan approach intended to identify Trade Marketing and Category Management capabilites, drive strategies intended to increase sales and market share, positioning NDC as a best-in-class "shared services" and added value partner.

Our National Accounts team utilizes first-to-market technology to communicate program details intended to maximize in-stocks's, drive program compliance and utilize pricing optimization.

Our Trade Marketing team specializes in enhancing brand value through the development of regionally relevant, channel- and segment-specific, integrated marketing programs. This sales-experienced team meets the diverse needs of our suppliers, customers and community. This team stewards responsibility for analyzing and interpreting consumer insights, then transferring that intellectual capital to our state, channel and supplier teams with the intent to ideate and create programming awareness for NDC's customer and supplier partners.

As innovative cocktail offerings become a mainstay in the restaurant, bar and retail space, our mixology team cultivates relationships with its customer base through a personalized, targeted approach to beverage consulting unseen in the industry. In collaboration with the trade marketing and sales teams, our mixologists build creative initiatives and strategies to secure new points of distribution and increasing sales volume at the account level.

Sly Cosmopoulos is the Corporate Mixologist for Republic National Distributing Company managing the RNDC Mixology Division for all channels, customers and consumer markets across the United States. Sly’s strong strategic business acumen, passionate drink development and advanced knowledge of distributors, suppliers and brands allows her to provide valued training and educational beverage consulting seminars across the RNDC national footprint. Her cocktails have been featured in various magazines, newspapers and television spotlights such as “Good Morning Texas,” “Daytime” and American Airline’s American Way magazine.

Her experience includes over 15 years of restaurant industry beverage and food development. She previously served as Beverage Director and Restaurant Manager with one of her concepts being awarded “Best Tequila Bar in the United States.” Sly is not only known for her delicious and unique recipes, but cocktails reflect a lifestyle and bringing consumers back to the days of true taste.Her mantra is simple, "Creating cocktails, creating conversation... one city at a time".
