Tropical Storm Ernesto has passed thru S. Florida and the Deerfield Beach office will be up a running with limited staffing on Wednesday August 30. We hope that all employees and families are safe and did not experience any damage to their homes and families.
- We did not lose power in the Deerfield Beach Office.
- The computer network, voice mail, and telephones will be up and operational by 10:00 AM pending any further storm outages.
- We will have a limited staff in the Deerfield Beach office and warehouse and the switchboard will not be open.
- Sales Representatives will continue to use WESS order transmissions and cutoff will remain at 3:00 PM for Wednesday August 30th
- Drivers will not report to work. No truck deliveries will be made on Wednesday August 30th
- Office and Administrative staff should report to work (casual attire) on Wednesday if possible.
- Day Warehouse employees should report to work on Wednesday if possible. “Will call” will be open for emergency customer orders.
- The Night Shipping Department will report to work at 6:00 PM Wednesday evening as scheduled to load trucks for Thursday delivery.
- Normal business schedule on Thursday, August 31st 5:00PM cut-off
- We will load and deliver all orders for Thursday and Friday. Any special delivery request need to be phoned into the Road Net extension 627.
- Month end WESS cutoff will be Saturday Sept 2nd at 2:00PM.
